BUILDING CROSS CULTURAL COMMUNITIES

In the past 10 years the population in Morris County has seen a dramatic shift with the influx of hispanic and asian immigrants into different parts of the county.  This shift in population has contributed to many critical issues, including socio-economic disparity, cultural differences and crisis situations. 

In response to these changes Morris Tomorrow has developed a program for area high schools which addresses diversity and the need for an inclusive environment. 

At present there are no other programs in the county which address diversity across school and community boundaries.
